Overnight option: We offer the option to sleep aboard the night before the start of your charter for half the daily rate. We offer boarding after 4pm. A welcome drink and light refreshments will be served on arrival and breakfast the next morning. Dinner has to be taken on your own expense on land.
This option is available for one, two or three cabins. Please select the applicable option when you book.

Half Board option:

If you prefer to try the local cuisine and would like to have some meals ashore on your own expense, we offer a "half board option". You can choose how many meals you would like to enjoy ashore. We will reduce the price by following amount.

This option can only be booked for your whole group. We cannot reimburse if only part of your group is having lunch/dinner ashore. Please let us know at least 7 days before the start of your charter with the number of meals you would like to have ashore. We will reimburse for your meals according above table at the end of your Charter.

Food options: 

1. Standard meal plan: We will prepare the best meals possible with local catering. We do out best to source the best food locally available. Unfortunately the locally available food does very often not meet our standards and the options are very limited. So we highly recommend to book our Gourmet meal plan.

2. Special meal plan: If somebody in your group has some special diet needs, or if you would like to have an alternative option for somebody in your group, then we can offer an alternative meal. Only one alternative option can be requested per meal. We offer this option for 180$ per day per charter day..

3. Gourmet meal Plan: If you choose this option, we will fly to Miami before your Charter starts to cater food, which is not available here in the Exumas, like Caviar or fresh truffles or special meat. We use only wild caught fish and seafood as well as organic ingredients as much as possible. We are into healthy food and would like to share this with you. The extra cost of $100.- per person per day is well spent and covers only a fraction of our effort and expenses to offer this meal plan. Please select this option at time of booking.  
It has to be selected for all persons in your group and for your entire booking.

 

Price information:

1. The final price includes the 4% Charter tax and 10% VAT.
2. 15% to 20% Gratuity is industry standard and not included in the price.
3. Holiday season is subject to 25% premium
 

Internet: 

We offer unlimited fast internet. We have up to 200Mb/s onboard with our starlink, independent from the area we are sailing. Our internet is fast enough to stream 4K videos for each guest at the same time. This is included in your charter price.

Weather Cancellations: 
Weather cancellations are on the discretion of the captain. Even if we would be able to sail in worse conditions it is your vacation and we want you to have a great experience. Therefore we have a general guideline to cancel the whole trip if forecasted conditions meet (on at least 50% of the booking period) following conditions:
- Wave heights of 3ft or more with less than 8sec.
- Windspeeds of more than 25kts 
Rain is not a reason to cancel your charter. In bad weather conditions, it is the decision of the captain to stay on anchor or change the planned route accordingly. Further we might stay inside the Exuma sound if weather conditions are not favourable.

Wine, Beer, spirits and Cocktails: 

All nonalcoholic drinks as well as local beer and alcoholic drinks, which are on the daily menu, are complimentary.
International beers from Europe, wines from our wine list as well as long drinks and spirits are for available for sale.
We think life is too short to drink bad wine. That's why we don't want to offer cheap wine for free. It is everyone's choice to choose the wine he likes and he wants to spend on. We have a variety of wines from reasonable priced wines from the US to high end aged wines imported mostly from the old world. We have organic and low histamine wines on board as well as low sulphate.

Payment policy: 

  • 50% payment required for reservation

  • Remaining balance is due 14 days before 1st day of charter

  • Not wheelchair accessible

  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions

  • Travellers should have a moderate physical fitness level

  • Day Charter experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

  • Day Charter can only be booked within 14 days

  • All Charters will be cancelled, if a tropical storm will hit the Exumas. You will be offered a different date or a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • 100% Refund if cancelled min. 180 days before first day of booking

  • 80% Refund if cancelled min. 90 days before first day of booking

  • 50% Refund if cancelled min. 14 days before first day of booking

  • Day Charter can only be booked 14 days in advance with no refund if cancelled by guest
